Bring only the items in excellent condition—free of stains, flaws, or noticeable wear. Remember, quality over quantity is key, and certain quantity limits apply. We ask that you bring in 25 items or less at a time so we can get through everyone's buys quickly.

FRESHEN UP

wash and prepare items for review

Once you've selected the items you think we need, wash them freshly and lay them flat in a laundry basket. Use scent-free detergents and dryer sheets for the best results

STEP 5

OFFER REVIEW

get a cash or store credit offer

We’ll take a look at your items and make you an offer. You can choose between cash or store credit. While we review, feel free to browse the store. If everyone sticks to the 25 item limit, we should have your offer ready in about 20 minutes!
